Im Looking To buy new golf irons! Mizuno mp 60 & 57, Callaway X 20 Tour and X forged?!?

Hi,
I currently use Cobra 3100 i/h irons,
Handicap 13
I am looking to buy some new irons, And have narrowed it down to,
Callaway X forged
Callaway X 20 tour
Mizuno MP 60
Mizuno MP 57
and any other suggestions ?
ANy thoughts on playability, distance, feel, forgiveness and control please?

    with ur handicap i wouldnt suggest the x forged, i dont know about the mizuno’s but the x-20 are a good choice for ur handicap. callaway make nice and easy to hit clubs so go out to a range/store and ask for a demo, they let u hit sum balls

    The X-20 tour is the most forgiving of this selection by far. Buy the tour irons when you are off 4!

    I have been playing for 30+ years and have been selling clubs for 16.

    I am currently playing a set of Taylor Made LT’s, and I swear I will never play another Iron. But out of those I would agree with the x-20 selection, my father played them for a while, he is a 15 handicap and he says they are very forgiving. But I would have to know more about your style of play to really answer that question.

    The MP-57 are scaled toward the player between a 0-12 handicap and it is about the same for the MP-60. I wouldn’t go with any of the models you’ve narrowed down to. X-20, but not the tour model. A 13 handicap is going to need something with a little more forgiveness. Ping I10, Titleist AP1 or 775CB(I like forged irons), Mizuno MX25, and Cleveland CG Red are options.

    IMO, if you are a very consistent ball striker I’d play the X-Forged. I really like these, and I’m not even a Callaway guy.

    The X-20′s are pretty forgiving, I’ve heard good things about them. They might not be any better than your Cobras though, and if your Cobras have the Nippon shafts, IMO they are better than the X-20′s.

    I don’t care for Mizuno at all, and I don’t think there’s much difference between these two sets anyway.
