Several of us here in my Senior Apartment Complex are doing that today, we have 160 Apts. and they wont do the repairs or salt the ice and many repairs that are needed. We had 3 people fall on the ice last year. One man broke his hip and femur bone in this thigh. They told us we just needed to stay home. Well they have a big surprise coming to them! We have had it!
