How to disable the parental controls on my ATT U-Verse TV?

Hi guys..I was babysitting a little girl at my house last night (she’s 11), and so to annoy me, she put a parental lock on my movie channels for my tv. I’m 14 so I can’t call ATT or anything, and she went on vacation today so I can’t contact her.
Is there any way to reset the tv or anything so I can watch my movie channels again?

    Have your parents call AT&T to clear the password.
