amazing 67 yr old russian handicapped biker in bugis.

this old chap was in bugis near the Si Ma Lu to ask for donations. his background is that he is both deaf and mute and travel around the world with his BMW so as to encourage people with disability.

    i know him and i am deaf also :) he and i are not handicapped. we are healthy people. we can anything except cant hear smile

    Saw his bie at bugis also..he went to a 7-11 outlet.. nd believe me..his bike cant corner.lol.

    I’ve seen him there, too.
    I’ve also seen him in KL. (police were dealing with him)

    I think he goes around the world.
