I can’t find anything on grants for getting a handicapped van for my 3yr old son. Where should I look?

My son has Hydrocephalus with severe neurological damage and Cortical Vision Imparement. We cannot afford to go right out and buy a van. Can anyone help?
not exactly sure but go to a guidence counselor at a school elementary etc..and ask them. they know a lot about things like that.
