* A Video airs of last week as Mr. McMahon announced this new faction called “McMahon inc.” the members were Vince himself, his Son Shane, The Spirit Squad, Jonathan Coachman and Triple H.
Also a Six on Three handicap match was won by Cena, RVD and Michaels.

* Mr. McMahon demands that Shawn Michaels comes out, Michales does come out and says “In 22 days at WrestleMania, Vince McMahon will witness his own personal hell” McMahon says “The onyl thing he will witness is the legendary career of Shawn Michaels coming to a end Michaels finishes of the segment by faking a superkick then rolling ouy of the ring.

* Todd Grisham interviews Carlito and Chris Masters about their Tag Team Championship shots at WrestleMania 22.

~ Commercial Break ~

* World Tag Team Champion The Big Show w/World Tag Team Champion Kane defeated. Chris Masters w/Carlito via Disqualification: 8:40
After the Disqualification, Carlito and Chris Masters attack Kane and The Big Show with steel chairs.

* Edge and Lita arrive in the parking lot and have bought with them a security force.

* Maria interviews WWE Champion John Cena, Cena says “Triple H thinks this will be the easiest test of his career, well I thank Triple H, because now I am more aggressive to take him and dump him on his back”

* Women’s Champion Trish Stratus w/Torrie Wilson defeated. Candice Michelle w/Victoria and Mickie James: 3:40

* Edge and Lita come out and are surrounded by the Secuirty force that Edge has hired, Edge then says “Mick Foley… You can’t get me know, because these security guards are surrounding me, and no tese arn’t the regualr american force, they are the Canadian Force all the way from Toronto, Ontario have come here tonight to Little Rock, Arkansas” Mick Foley then comes out with a trolley full of weapons and says “Edge, have a nice day” Foley then throws steel chairs and 2×4′s into the ring to end the segment.

* Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin w/Mrs. Benjamin defeated. Viscera: 6:45
Benjamin the first RAW Superstar to qualify for the Money in the Bank.

* Money in the Bank Qualifyer
Rob Van Dam defeated. Rob Conway: 7:17
Van Dam with the five star frogsplash and the pin gets the win and advances to WrestleMania.

* Shawn Michaels gets mugged and attacked by the Spirit Squad who attack Michaels and throw him into a steel garage door.

* Money in the Bank Qualifyer
Ric Flair defeated. Lance Cade w/Trevor Murdoch: 9:09
Flair won after making Cade tap out to the leg lock. Ric Flair the oldest man in the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania.

* Joey Styles, Jerry Lawler and Jonathan Coachman preview WrestleMania.

* WWE Champion John Cena vs. Kenny w/Nicky, Mikey, Johnny and Mitch: No Contest
Cena was about to wiin after the Spirit Squad swormed into the ring, after Triple H came out and attacked Cena with a sledgehammer and then The Spirit Squad would throw Cena into the air. To end the show.
