Why is it that people on welfare/social security always complain about bills but never pay them?

I was in the social security office to have my name changed and overheard a man complaining that he had not got his check, that he was disabled and needed to pay the electric bill. Within the 10-15 minutes he was in there he said that he was late, he had to meet friends to go on vacation to the mountains and the best way to get ahold of him was his cell phone. Why are working Americans paying for “disabled” people out of their tax money that have the money to go on vacation and pay for cell phones when they complain about necessary bills that needed to be paid?
i never said that this man was old. This was a late 20′s early thirties white male, dressed in very nice clothes and driving a decent car. I am not judging him, I only ask why do the people getting help have to complain, and the people that are making the $5.15 an hour minimum wage make less than the people getting a free check each month and not appreciating it enough? Apologies to the people who are reading this that have welfare and social security and actually do pay all their necessary bills. Including internet access.

I would like to know how mute people adapt to not being able to speak. I’m not talking about deaf-mutes because they don’t even exist, deaf people can speak just fine, just training is needed
are there devices that help them communicate with those who don’t know sign language?
What do the parents of mute people go through?
Are there camps for deaf and mute people to experience a normal life?
What is the daily norm for them? Is it the same as the rest of us except that they must speak in sign?
What do they do when they are in need of help?
Are there devices to call the police for them?
Can doctors do anything to give mute people a voice?
What do mute people go through for school?
Do they take classes with deaf people too?
If some aren’t born mute, what could have happened to make them mute?
It’d be nice if you could give me all of this info and more I’m just curious and my engine searches have failed miserably.
If you could give me websites, that would help too
Is there screening or anything to see if a baby is really mute or just quiet?

I have 3 children and my father has stated that he would only take one at a time. I would need 2 sitters. My children are 12, 9, 7 and well behaved. My parents are healthy and aged 60 & 65. My husbands parents are 64 & 70. My husbands 70 father had polio as a child and is handicapped and is in a scooter cause he can’t walk. But what he lacks in physical ability he makes up for with his social abilities. He plays cards with them, shows them about gardening and cooking. They take all 3 of my children at least once a month overnight and look forward to it each time. My parents don’t do a damn thing with my kids and when my dad is on vacation in the summer they never call to see if they could take the kids for the day and do something. My son has played baseball for 4 years and they have attended 1 game. My husbands parents will go to as many as they can. My mother says it’s my fault they aren’t involved. As a grandparent shouldn’t you just get involved without being asked to?

I would like to take a trip with my family to Hawaii, however because I was medically discharged from the Army I don’t qualify for space a flights. The cost of airline tickets is staggering. I am 100% disabled veteran and live on my VA pay. I don’t think Im gonna have another chance to take a vacation due to my health and I want to make memories now. Should I wait till last min. to see if flights are cheaper? Or does anyone know of a place where I can make payments on vacations?

1: How old were the people who became prisoners at your camp. ( i dont know the exact age they were all i know is that they didnt accept children, disabled and the elderly)
