What college should I be able to get into?

Currently I’m in junior year of high school and needed some critiques.
Freshman year I had a 3.6 [unweighted]/3.8 GPA [weighted].

Sophomore year I had a 2.8 and 3.1 [unweighted]/ 3.5 and 3.67 GPA [weighted].

Junior year I had a 2.5 [unweighted]/ 3.3 GPA [weighted]. Obviously only one semester so far. Unfortunately, I received a D in Chemistry AP [absolutely despise that class].

I have been in only two clubs : People to People International and Interact. Altogether I have about 150 hours of community service [~130 hours is from a summer volunteer work at a disabled camp].

Waiting to take the March SAT/ACT and hoping to get a 2000+/28+

I’m hoping to get into a UC in order to go into medical school. I hear UC Riverside is opening a medical school. Would it be possible to get into any UC?
I will be receiving a 3.5+ during the second semester of junior year bringing my 10/11th grade avg. GPA to 3.0+ and my 9/10/11th grade avg. GPA to 3.2+ [both unweighted].
Nevermind. Apparently I got a C- in Chemistry [just barely, however]. I guess if I can force myself to get a 3.5+ unweighted this semester, I should have a shot. Any new opinions, or the same old ones?

Would handicaps be able to join the military?

I have a 22 year old cousin who currently resides in the marines. I have been thinking long and hard since he has been in the marines since he turned 18, if I could take the chance at advancing myself in defending for the country.

I know that disabled like me may not be able to get out there at camp and afterward go out to the fields and fight, but I would like to know where there are jobs available for the disability and what there is and where. Would any require lifting, handling, etc?

I have a California issued handicapped placard. Will I be able to use it in Florida?

I am going on vacation to Florida. I would like to know if I am able to use my California DMV handicapped placard while there.
