Are there any pc game controllers for the disable?

I’m a quad with very limited use of my hands. right now i’m using my mouse for pc games. mostly first-person shooters. but i need something a little better, so i won’t be doing alot of camping when i play. lol! but seriously…something like a joystick or xbox thingy. any suggestions please?

    yup there are!!! just go to the market and buy a USB controller!!! best are of PS2… enjoy!!!

    How about head movement? I’m not joking, there are peripherals like the TrackIR that use head movement as control input.
    There are also things that claim to let you control games with your thoughts. So you can use your mouse to aim and just think about which way you want to go for movement.

    So, not entirely conventional methods of control. But it seems you aren’t an entirely conventional gamer so it might make a decent fit for you.
